The items are packed and taped. When the operator scans the courier shipping label barcode, the recording finalizes and stops immediately.
3. Instant Cloud Indexing
The video is indexed with the order ID, tracking number, timestamp, and duration, then uploaded to encrypted cloud storage ready for instant lookup.
4. Instant Claim Resolution
When a customer or carrier disputes a parcel, copy the signed playback link or download the video clip in seconds to settle the claim in your favor.
Zero hardware lock-in
Unlike legacy enterprise surveillance systems, Shiptape requires zero proprietary hardware or complex on-premise servers. All you need is a computer, any standard USB webcam or overhead camera, a barcode scanner, and a web browser.
